Real-Time Web Publishing of RDBMS Data using DECS - This project was based on a Lotus Domino application forming part of a customer's website. All accessories are held as Domino documents and accessed via the website. On opening the document, price, description and VAT rate data is updated in real time from a back-end database using IBM Lotus DECS (Domino Enterprise Connection Services) facilities.

Costs saved by automatic emailing of Remittance Advice as PDFs instead of fax - This is a Lotus Domino application that takes a text file of customer remittance advice notes, processes it to split it into individual advice notes and extract the email address, and then emails the advice note as a PDF attachment. Where no email address is found, the email is stored in a separate Domino database. The application runs on a manually triggered or scheduled basis and may be configured to fail over to another Domino server if required. There is detailed logging of each run.

Web-Based Export To Excel for Domino - A project was undertaken to provide very comprehensive search and export (to Excel) facilities within a customer's Projects database via a Web form. Fields from the Domino application can be individually selected and ordered to appear in the Excel spreadsheet.

Mail Journaling and Archiving - This project built on the existing Domino mail Journaling function to allow users to automatically create mail archive databases on a server. The user can opt to create a new archive database based on period (e.g. create a new database each month) or size (create a new archive when the current one exceeds a pre-configured size). Full category-based domain search facilities are included. The application may be integrated with existing Domino CRM systems.

Cluster Reporting Application -This is a Lotus Domino application which checks specified databases in a Domino server cluster and reports if no replica is found, if there are duplicate replica IDs on a server, if a database has been disabled for cluster replication or if a database has been taken out of service.
